Benai Farms SP Ltd allows click and collect, domestic and international shipping. Our team will help not only to ensure that your order reaches you, but that it also arrives in good condition. We will ensure that your items are properly packed, sealed and labeled.
Delivery delays due to COVID-19
Delivery may be longer than usual due to the current COVID-19 restrictions/regulations in place. We will closely monitor and follow guidance from our health and local authorities to adhere to the most effective health and safety measures. We hope through this contact-less way, we can still offer our customers the best of our services.

Domestic Shipping
- Door to Door Service (our door to your door) – 3 to 5 business days
- Postal box delivery – 5 to 7 business days

International Shipping
- Door to Door Service (Our door to your door) – 3 to 10 business days

The transit times shown above may differ due to any of the reasons mentioned below:
- Flight cancellations and technical delays
- Customs clearance processes
- Adverse weather conditions
- Incorrect consignee addresses
The above transit times are applicable for major cities only; addresses in regional areas may take longer. Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays or costs involved in customs clearance.
Customs and Exports
Benai Farms SP Ltd is happy to do packaging for export standards and coordinate with freight agents for collection of items.
- Customers need to organize their own freight and shipping to foreign countries, as they better understand their own country legal requirements.
Benai Farms SP Ltd is happy perform and provide any of the following services on behalf of our customers:
- Duly fill and provide all necessary documents for the shipment
- Pay for any local charges in New Zealand, which will be added on cost of the items.
- Prepare any certificates (e.g. Fumigation certificates, certificate of origin or any other certificate on request)
- Advise customers of the same for payment prior to shipment
However the receiver or customer is solely responsible for payment of all fees levied by the authorities in their home country including import duties, taxes and quarantine fees (if any).
For express deliveries we will not be able to provide certificates to go with the parcel.
Insurance
Benai Farms SP Ltd will do its best to ensure that all ordered goods are packed in appropriate packaging with all due care taken. However, Benai Farms SP Ltd will not be responsible for any damage or loss of goods whilst in transit.
We highly recommend customers to get insurance especially when their order contains fragile goods or handicrafts.
